REFUND POLICY
Evaluation version of Submission Suite – Directory Submission Software is available free for trial, wherein the customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the application prior to purchasing a license. The application can be evaluated from the Submission Suite web site (http://www.submissionsuite.com). It includes complete online documentation. During the evaluation period, technical support is available if you send an e-mail to support@submissionsuite.com
We will honor its return policy.
We however suggest that the customer should contact our technical support initially at support@submissionsuite.com to get any issue resolved amicably, and at the earliest by our friendly and supportive Customer Support Team. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please e-mail your questions to support@submissionsuite.com
How can I request a refund and get my money back?
Our refund policy guarantees that you are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase when your request meets the conditions below:
Full refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- If you accidentally bought the software more than once.
- When your credit card was used to place the order without your permission.
- When you experience problems using our products which remain unresolved after you have followed our instructions exactly.
- When you encounter an error which is preventing you from using our software properly, and we are unable to correct the error within an acceptable period of time.
Notes: In this case, the refund is only available after we receive detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screen shots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.
Refund request will be declined in the following cases:
- When the refund request reaches us after 30 days of the original purchase.
- When you do not reply to our email and confirm your request within 14 days of the original refund request.
- When you demand a refund immediately after purchasing the software. Please use the FREE Trial.
- When you inform us about changing your decision to buy the software, saying you have uninstalled it and are not going to use it without giving any particular reasons.
- When reasons which prevent you from properly using our software are stated clearly on our official site (http://www.submissionsuite.com). (For example, if you request a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software).
SINGLE LICENSE POLICY
Our software is a single-license product for a single system, thus one license copy will work on only one computer. For extra licenses, please contact support@submissionsuite.com
