To register a new account in Submission Suite, you can only do so with-in the software it self. First of all, you need to run our software, then a Log-in screen will show up, Click on the Register button to get the registration form showing above.

Fill the form with your information accordingly, and click on Register to proceed.
Note: Email confirmation is required.

Accounts | Email Confirmation:

Instep to fight spam and auto-generated accounts, we require our software users to confirm there newly created accounts by clicking on a confirmation link sent within minutes of registering.

In some cases, you might face problems locating our email confirmation message, please wait a little bit longer to get the email message or look in the Spam/Junk folder.
Note: To make sure you get our email messages delivered to your Inbox in the future, please add our domain-name / email address to your safe-list of senders.

Accounts | Log-in to your Account:

To login into your Submission Suite account, just fill your Username and Password then click Login. Use the Remember Me option to auto-fill these fields for future usage.

Accounts | Recovery:

In some cases users might forgot there access passwords due to the many accounts one has to remember and use on daily basis, In such cases we have added account recovery feature to Submission Suite, which you can use to recover your account’s password.

All you need to do to recover your password, is to either type your Submission Suite – Username or the email address you used to register your account, and then click on then Recover button. Once verified, you will get an email with a temporary link to reset your password and re-gain access to your account.

Network access:

In very rare cases, the access to Submission Suite – Servers might be denied or simply your ISP has some problems resolving our Hostnames to IP Address. However, you can solve such issues by either using a proxy server as explained in the next tutorial, or by adding our server IP Address to your hosts file.
